Workout Wednesday!

So, I am thankfully on a bit of a health kick, so to keep this thing going I assume I should kind of track my progess and then yell at myself when I do less than what I’m physically capable of (even though I think that this “apartment on the third floor” thing should logically be enough). So today I had my key scanned so it will let me into the fitness room that is literally a two minute walk away. So now I shouldnt have to complain that the seven minute walk to the actual gym is too long and it’s too hot outside to exercise.

I also have been dealing with this stair situation and I will tell you that my calves majorly hurt.
